A Dairy Queen manager — Harley Branham — has been charged with manslaughter after numerous witnesses testified, and Branham herself admitted, that Branham tormented Kenneth Suttner. While Branham attempted to explain her actions as "jestful", neither Kenneth nor other employees saw it as that. They saw it as vengeful abuse. Branham is female — abusers come in all sizes, ages, and of both genders.
Many students, including Kenneth, were also bullied at school, with Glasglow School District turning a blind eye to the bullying. Parents admit moving their children to other school districts because of the rampant abuse and absolute failure of the school district to address the problem.
