Why anonymous ...

People who are involved in this can readily identify me and know how to contact me.

I have chosen to remain anonymous from the world to minimize revictimization: continued psychological abuse by everyone

  • Careless comments and jokes: "Breach FOIP today?", "What have you plagiarized lately?" These hurt more than you realize as they attack the core of my credibility.
  • The continuous, "I'm sorry for what they did to you."
  • Being passed over for positions and promotions because "he must have done something to deserve being punished".
    • I caught Administration falsifying submissions to the Board.
    • I wanted to create high quality instructional programs and pointed out things that degraded programs.
    • I was good at SoTL and instruction. And instead of striving to improve, one of my colleagues grew resentful.
